#J2 – Black Dot Rainy Day Up to 10″. Appears to be end of Roll, there is a substance on Edge and 1/4″ Fuzz on top of coating. Not sticky just slightly fuzzy feeling. This Fuzzy Edge is on both Left and Right Side of Bumper ( approx. 1/4″ and 5″ long)  From the Front you do not see the area (see pictures)
